Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing, protecting and processing personal data of visitors and users of the website of the industrial park "Agroinnovation Hub" (hereinafter referred to as the Site). The operator (owner) of personal data is LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "DK-INDUSTRIAL" (hereinafter referred to as LLC "DK-INDUSTRIAL", "we", "us", "Company").
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the terms of processing your personal data.
1. What personal data do we collect
We may collect the following data:
information that you provide yourself: last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, e-mail address, the content of your requests, applications or messages;
technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visiting the Site, data on interaction with pages (cookies).
We do not collect sensitive (special) categories of personal data (data on health, racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, etc.).
2. Purpose and legal grounds for data processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
providing information about the Agroinnovation Hub industrial park and responding to your requests;
considering applications for participation in the industrial park and concluding contracts;
improving the operation of the Site, analyzing traffic and user experience;
fulfilling the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

7. Electronic marketing
We do not send marketing messages without your prior consent. You may at any time refuse to receive any commercial messages by sending a request to the address specified above.

DK-INDUSTRIAL LLC reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version shall enter into force upon its publication on the Site.
We recommend that you periodically check this page. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Policy.
