ABOUT THE PARK

The “AGROINNOVATION HUB” Industrial Park is located in the city of Uman, Cherkasy Oblast. The park was developed on an existing brownfield site and covers an area of 22.9 hectares. We offer ready-to-use infrastructure for the rapid launch of production facilities, logistics centers, and warehouses.

The site is strategically located in the center of Ukraine, with connections to utility networks and its own railway spur, ensuring efficient logistics for residents and excellent opportunities for development.

The park is geared toward companies developing manufacturing, agricultural processing, machine building, and innovative technologies, creating high-value-added products for the Ukrainian and international markets.

The managing company, DK-INDUSTRIAL LLC — a Ukrainian development company specializing in industrial real estate development and the creation of industrial parks — is developing the “AGROINNOVATION HUB”, combining production and warehouse space, office premises, engineering infrastructure, logistics solutions, and service support for residents.
