On December 12, 2025, the concept for a new industrial park, the “AGROINNOVATION HUB,” was approved in Uman.
While drafting the community budget for 2026, the Uman City Council clearly identified a strategic priority: the creation of an industrial park in Uman.
The park will be located on a 22.9-hectare site within the city limits. It will focus on agribusiness, the food industry, innovation, and green energy.
The main objectives of the industrial park are:
- stimulating economic growth in the region;
- attracting investment (domestic and foreign);
- developing eco-technologies: closed-loop production cycles, organic waste processing, and green energy generation;
- creating new jobs and training programs for local residents;
- supporting low-emission entrepreneurship.
The “Industrial Parks of Ukraine” group of companies is responsible for developing the concept and overseeing the subsequent registration of the industrial park.
Valery Kirilko, director of the “Industrial Parks of Ukraine” group of companies, presented the park at a session of the Uman City Council.
