On 9–10 July 2026, the team of DK-INDUSTRIAL LLC took part in the two-day interactive training “Strengthening the Competitiveness of Industrial Parks through the EIP Model: Master Planning and Feasibility Assessment,” held in Khmelnytskyi.
The event brought together representatives of regional development agencies, service organizations, industrial park initiators, and management companies from different regions of Ukraine.
The training focused primarily on the master plan as a practical tool for industrial park development. Participants explored the eco-industrial park model as a business-oriented approach that helps enhance the competitiveness, investment attractiveness, and resilience of industrial sites.
The training was based on real data and practical assignments related to the participants’ own industrial park projects. This made it possible to identify potential areas for improving master planning, assess infrastructure and investment requirements, and define further steps toward developing technically sound and financially attractive projects.
For the DK-INDUSTRIAL team, participation in the training was an important part of its ongoing work on the development of the AGROINNOVATION HUB Industrial Park. The tools and practical approaches gained during the training will be applied to further infrastructure planning, engagement with potential residents, and the preparation of investment proposals.
